Click New RFQ in the sidebar, choose a category, describe the work or parts needed, set your port and deadline, then publish. Verified suppliers in your region will receive notifications.

Open My Listings or My Works, click Create, and follow the step-by-step wizard. Add photos, specs, price, and location. Drafts can be saved and published when ready.

When you publish an RFQ, suppliers submit quotes with price, lead time, and notes. You compare offers in My RFQs, accept the best fit, and continue the deal via Messages.

Open any company profile, listing, or RFQ and click Message. All conversations live in Messages in your dashboard — you'll get email alerts for new replies.

Listings stay hidden while in Draft status, if required fields are missing, or if your account is under review. Check My Listings for status badges and complete any pending verification steps.
