Go to Settings → Company Profile and complete all required fields. Add a logo, cover image, and a detailed description. Verified profiles rank higher in search and Explore.

Each paid plan includes listings and services up to its quota. Pro and Business add custom RFQ alerts, stronger search ranking, and deeper analytics. Transaction fees apply only when you accept a paid order through HotDocks — see Billing for current rates.

Click New RFQ in the sidebar, choose a category, describe the service or spare parts needed, set your port and deadline, then publish. Verified suppliers in your region will receive notifications.

Open My Listings or My services, click Create, and follow the step-by-step wizard. Add photos, specs, price, and location. Drafts can be saved and published when ready.

New accounts get a 14-day Pro trial. After that, choose Starter, Pro, or Business to keep full access. Public browsing stays open.

When you publish an RFQ, suppliers submit quotes with price, lead time, and notes. You compare offers in My RFQs, accept the best fit, and continue the deal via Messages.

Open any company profile, listing, or RFQ and click Message. All conversations live in Messages in your dashboard — you'll get email alerts for new replies.

Listings stay hidden while in Draft status, if required fields are missing, or if your account is under review. Check My Listings for status badges and complete any pending verification steps.
